The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said today, Friday, that the number of children suffering from malnutrition in Yemen is likely to rise to 2.4 million by the end of this year due to a significant shortage of humanitarian funds.
The UNICEF report warns of a 20 per cent increase in the number of malnourished children under the age of five, almost half of the total number of children at this age.
